Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body’s connective tissue network called the fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain and the side effects of cancer treatment. It also helps balance your energy centers called chakras and release toxins from the body! This service is also blended with Gina’s own technique of Reiki magical rainbow light for chakra aligning and healing. This technique helps with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and opens you up to the vortex manifesting energy!
